Please let me know 48 hours before your appointment if you need to cancel for any reason.
All appointments canceled within 48 hours will be charged a $50 rebooking fee per service missed.
-Adjustments-
My goal is to get it 100% right every time. However, I am also know that I am human and am not above making a mistake. With that said, I will fix or redo any issues you may have with your hair, if you reach out within 7 days of your service and let me know.
Please note that adjustments will be made in alignment with our agreed upon goals at the original consultation.
-Guests & Children-
I understand wanting to bring friends to your appointment; but I please ask you only bring one friend to your appointment.
And as much as I love to see and hear about all of your kids, due to the use of chemicals and other potentially hazardous products, children should not be brought into the salon for their safety.
